I am an autoricshaw driver and my rc is fail for almost 15 years, so i can't say how many hand(2nd, 3rd, 4th or so on?) Well i am not trying to create racism here, if our government and our DADDU would permit only locals as autoricshaw drivers then maybe there won't be an issue regarding autoricshaw documents renewal, well but that's only what if. And as of now we all know many of our naga youths are unemployed and i say we nagas shouldn't feel ashamed to earn as autoricshaw driver. And since i am also unemployed (note: i do not blame anyone for that) and i have a family to feed, so as a daily wage earner, autoricshaw is my only source of income. My request to our government please understand our grievances.

According to Nsf reports 800 immigrants are caught entering Dimapur Nagaland daily . 800×30 =24000 ibis are entering Nagaland in a month .24000×12 = Dear Naga brothers stop renting out your buildings ,shops ,land to ibis .just look the shops fr Dimapur Town to chumu town full of miyas . Why does the government of Nagaland seem to have no concern for the Naga people? Why are strangers registering their own vehicles or any type of taxi? The primary purpose of the auto or car taxi registration is to provide a daily income for the Naga people solely. It appears as though there is no administration or government. It's excessive. Our ministers and government department executives are mainly concerned about money theft. We find it very annoying to consider our Naga social standing. What is going to happen to our future, oh my god?

like how karnatakka has kannada as their main communicating language, nagamese should also be implemented too since they are in nagaland. i even learned kannada to communicate since south people didnt like speaking in hindi or english and the DISPLAY CARD SOULD BE IMPLEMENTED. so, that any of the drivers if they misbehave, they can be caught and reported. some auto drivers dont even have thier license and drive around. PLEASE REMOVE IMMIGRANT DRIVERS PEOPLE it really is a concern. The ones who have their papers and license and that's and maybe please make the registration fee to the (locals only ) abit less

If the auto needs to be renewed, its ok, but asking for display card, which obviously will be done on payment of some few amount and if it is so than its a legal way of extortion.... How many ID should one auto n its driver should posses, UNIFORM, ID CARD n now DISPLAY CARD....as a right thinking citizens we all should raise out our concern for the Auto Drivers and owner though it doesn't concern you n me, feel pity for the AUTOWALLAS always targeted

Auto driver is not afraid or even bothered about what administrator have implemented and this a matter of big shame and disappointment for the District administration. What a shame. Please dear district administrators if you can't implement and make it running don't implement the idea. And for the local auto driver's please stop giving excuses of big fine and stop complaining about non local. Any vehicle owner regardless it's a big or small car , old or new vehicle. It's your responsibility to renew the licenses and any vehicle without a proper documents will be charged as per motor vehicle act. It's nothing new. So stop bullshitting as if it's a new thing about renewing the vehicle. Be responsible citizen. You owned a vehicle and it's your responsibility to check and update.

Listen I'm one of them old auto owner-driver. I own 3 hand auto. What were they (commissioner, trafic police) doing 5,10,15 years back??? Why all the old auto rc are expired 10,15 years ago?? It is due to the negligence of the govt that auto are plying with rc expired since 10,20 years nothing new here. First owner paid only one or two years tax and have been running without any issue. There is thousand of 3,4 hand auto expired 10-15 years ago. Since we are using 3,4 hand auto who will pay the previous tax??? The first and second owner didn't pay and the govt didn't even care why should we pay someone's due??? Why?? If you have no knowledge just be silent. Auto union president failed us and our commissioner is money minded. They only wanted revenue nothing else. If they tell us to renew or register without paying the previous tax we will happily do it. You know nothing so be silent. Why give lecture on tax and motor vehicle act here??? You think you are going to change auto driver mind???

And I think that's what we all do before we buy any vehicle regardless it's a 2nd hand or a 10th hand. Whoever bought a vehicle with expired RC or unpaid taxes it's nobody's fault but himself. So Don't play a Victim card after all your carelessness and being irresponsible.

We never hear auto killing people. 2)to reduce criminal activities: if the take away our steering thousand of nagas will become jobless and increase criminal activities in dimapur. 3) to reduce traffic congestion: there is so many ways to reduce traffic jam in dimapur. They can build more road, flyover,etc why should we sacrifice our family for govt ambitious policy all they want is revenue. There are certain areas in dimapur where auto are not allow to ply we obey them. It just nonsense for me to argue with a kids like you but listen there is a limit ok. We have decided to march to commissioner office if the seize or fine even one auto from our parking area. First hand or Second hand, local or non local, it is the responsibility of everyone to renew their registrations on time, commercial registrations are valid for 1 year. If you have not renewed your registrations on time, late fine is inevitable.
