I am sure u are able to connect Bluetooth but not able to play music because even I faced the same issue with this player so if that is the issue u can 1st connect the Bluetooth with ur devise normally then u will get an icon with Bluetooth sign u select that u will be able to play music if this is not the issue let me k know I’ll make a video and I’ll share with u and regarding factory reset u can try 0’s eg. 0000 or 000000
