Antares doesn't offer free updates from the previous version. They want you you to pay full price for version 10. They are greedy and unscrupulous.It's basically the same functionality as version 9 with a better looking interface.

They’re both very low latency, but the key is having minimal plugins open while you’re recording (outside of the autotune)

@@ReidStefanMusic I just tested the UAD version compared to a native version. I didnt notice any benefit from the uad version. I did see that the apollo twin was giving me 2 mofe ms of latency compared to my apogee duet 2. This was a big surprise to me

@@musman4786 the main benefit of the UAD version is your UAD satellite hardware will power many instances of AutoTune, instead of your computer’s CPU processing that load. Also using AutoTune in console allows you to leave your DAw’s buffer size at 1024 and record vocals even with mixing and mastering plugins running up your latency. Your headphone mix will always feel latency free with UAD autotune

Yes this works for low latency monitoring as long as you don’t have a million other plugins running simultaneously 32 buffer will work

I don’t trust the latency measurements. I manually Crank up the volume of my metronome, the record some headphone bleed from the metronome playing, to see if there’s any tracking latency and nudging necessary after recording. 👍
