MKC is basically a Ford Escape. I believe in this one you have to take the rubber out of cup holder and the is a hole to putting the fob in.

Hey Randy. Pretty much a universal thing with newer Ford products, dead key fobs have a pocket/ cut out in the cupholder under the rubber piece that is in the cupholders. However, some Lincoln models will have a slot inside the center console.

9:33 put the fob in the bottom of the arm rest. Theres a specal place u put it in there. Reads the key.. i have a 2018 mkc.. the name is shortened. Mark and c body. Same as ford escape..

The MKC has a slot in the center console toward the front of the console to insert the dead keyfob

For the Lincoln key goes in center glove box there’s a slot for the key to go in to start it with dead batteries in key fob

My wife has an mkc. If the key fob battery is low, there is a spot deep in the center console where you put the fob to start it. Unfortunately, it isn't going to reach when zip tied to the steering wheel.

2:25 That gouge in the bumper can be filled and sanded and the bumper repainted. Maaco could probably fix that for around $1,200. Sand and prime the ding on the rear pan, toss the bumper back on, put a rear glass back in it and go down the road.

For the Lincoln MKC, put the key fob in the Center console on a pad made specifically to fit the key fob and that’s how you start the vehicle, if the pad is not in the center console they would either be a hole where you put the key in the center console or it would be underneath the rubber mat in the cupholders.

I owned an 05 Sienna XLE back when it was new. Had a ton of issues with the automatic doors (both the sliders and the hatch) and it was in the shop several times because of it. Engine and transmission were good, but when the warranty ran out at 100K I dumped it to not have to deal with the electronics and door motors or the timing belt.

Just make sure to check oil pressure the external oil pumps are notorious for Is wearing out I have owned alot of old school buicks and love them but I always get the high volume oil pump gears and spring there so easy to change its way easier than changing an alternater lol

Guess you never watched Samcracs mkz videos.. he bought it for his wife knowing it had 3 previous recalls on the electronics.. and he couldn't fix it.. ended up selling it cause he couldn't start it or stay running for long.. and ford I think bought it back.. stay away from mkzs.. why you couldn't start it..
