I delete the entire draw and tried again and it worked. This time I only use one layer for everything. And I did exactly e.g. the mirror *and* then extend for the angle-line instead of dragging the angle line to the circle diameter. This time it worked. But I would like to understand why the first time I could not fillet successfully.
