Yes. Can you make a video showing how we insert the component (fan coil, chiller, pumps, etc.) in AutoCAD MEP? For example: in Revit we download families from many websites, but I don't know about AutoCAD MEP.

Does anyone have any experience designing fire sprinkler systems with autocad mep? I'm considering getting it instead of Autosprink or Hydracad....

You can certainly draft sprinkler systems in AutoCAD MEP very easily. However, if you are looking to perform calculations, AutoCAD MEP is very limited, so Autosprink or Hydracad would be better fits.
