Why didn't you use the press pull command instead of extrude for the 2 rectangles @ 7:47 mins?

WOW that was tedious. I use SolidWorks and this would be so much easier to do in SolidWorks as compared to AutoCAD. So the reader might ask why am I watching AutoCAD videos. Well, I just started a new job requiring the use of AutoCAD and I hope they never ask me to do any 3D work in AutoCAD.

Usually, AutoCAD is known for 2D drawings and though it can make 3D drawings it is not very good or "efficient" at it. Also, being a non-parametric software adds to the issue. Then you might ask why to use AutoCAD at all for 3D? well, it's the licensing cost, it's way cheaper than Solidworks or Catia and for smaller 3D drawings it just works great!
