If you have problem to give dimension in texture editor there are bug in AutoCAD 2018. You have to click at left part (where is written TEXTURE EDITOR. After that you can edit Sample size value or Offset. The same is with MATERIALS EDITOR. If you ask about Render size you can do that in Render presets manager, just type RENDERPRESETS
