hi ali thank you for your amazing tutorial.. i have some problem for attc my file with 0,0,0 ,and actually when i attch my file, my file is far than my mouse point and i can just choise 0,0 for x and y and i cant have my file in the point,

Hi Lee, A block is a separate drawing inserted into your current drawing as a complete entity. Changes made to the original block will not translate to your current drawing unless you re-insert and update the block. Good for symbols. An xref is a link to a separate drawing so that it virtually appears in your current drawing. Changes to the xrefed drawing will be reflected in your current drawing when it is opened. Good for levels of detail in an architectural plan or components of an assembly.You will have to watch my complete videos on Blocks and Xrefs to understand.
