Autocar Wxll - McNeilus Rear Loader Garbage truck

First off thanks to the amazing crew for letting us film. Barnabas and I set off to find this truck on memorial day. and this truck delivered. This was one of the best crews that I have filmed with. They were super chill, told us where they were going and they were super fast.

You guys got lucky! Best crew I’ve ever seen from republic here in CA. Do they run these RLs on resi somewhat regularly? Also very cool that they still have white trucks up there

Awesome video!! So cool seeing the Ex Richmond Sanitary trucks, that crew was practically moving at ESD speed! All the older Rehrigs there are cool as well, haha now we know what CCW looks like.

Great video Nick! Man these guys move at practically ESD speed! And love how that driver just guns it when taking off, reminds me of my buddy Miguel Del Rio - he drives exactly like this guy, super hard and fast! Loved that last clip, where he gave you the horn as he took off, that was the icing on the cake! While I'm here, have you filmed any of the growling Condors from MVRS or not yet? I'm planning to do incab videos on the 4 growling ISM-powered Condors sometime in the next couple weeks, super excited about it! I'm going to set it all up with Jim. Just need to order a good mount for my phone first...

Update: just heard back from Jim (had a question I wanted to ask him), he said there is little support for me to access the trucks the way I'd like to, since it would mean the guys would have to do extra work, and it poses liability risks for the company. I understand what he's saying, but at the same time I'm really mad! I feel there should be a way for me to get those super long incab videos of those trucks without posing any risks - it's not like I'll be riding along with the guys. What do you think I should do? I'm a garbage truck enthusiast, as you probably know, and I'm super interested in the shift patterns of those rigs. I'd do whatever it takes to get super long incab footage of those rigs before they're taken off the road!

@@GarbageSean My suggestion is, to put the camera in the cab and just follow the truck.
