Nice review....the verdict especially was on the point! It's a shame that Maruti doesn't catch up with the competition even when they have the capability to do so. Maybe they think they are the trend setters always or just don't want to move from their core which fetches them big sales numbers. But as a competitor they absolutely lack the sparkle which is why they haven't been able to make any mark in the higher segments. If only Indian customers had more respect for good engineered (can be cost efficient) cars rather than just cheap running cost cars (which again isn't exactly a wrong approach considering our economic conditions) Maruti would have had a much tougher time and would have got some interesting products like in the past (swift, esteem)!

Not to forget Brezza is offered with their best Refined & Efficient K Series 1.5 Petrol engine. Very soon who knows they might offer Diesal 1.5 engine to be in competition. Its not so easy to beat Maruti's Affordability, Best Refined Engine, Trust, Reliability, Efficiency, Low Cost of Maintenance & Big Service Network from buyers perspective. Breeza is expensive because of higher GST for 1.5 Petrol instead of Concession on 1.2 Petrol than others. To counter competition they have to offer 1.5 Diesal or 1.2 Turbo.
