Nop ....it's not ...let talk about major cons -seats though derived from city they are not comfortable and u will feel it after driving -nvh is pathetic though nothing unexpected from Honda in that regard -automatic transmission is cvt which spoils everything ivtec engines are know for . Only good thing is reliability (though it's user dependent)

Elevate only for reliability, though it has outdated technology, high NVH levels and no joy in driving. Creta is a good overall package though Skoda and VW are matchless in driving pleasure. Others are nowhere in the race.

@@abhishekdeora292 Yes, when a bicycle or a person comes in front of you the option to switch it on or off comes I always switch off the collision mitigation system in heavy traffic

Looking for a car to run for 10 years....running mostly in city daily running 40 to 50 kms...good mileage....boot space...good ground clearance.....low maintenance.....sunroof....back seat good space...defogger.. good sound system...suggest better option under 15 lakhs 1) XUV 700 2) Thar Roxx 3) Honda elevate 4) scorpio N I don't like hyndai,Tata cars.... doubtful with Mahindra regarding service. I am driving honda city since 2008 and sold verna just after 3 years because of bad suspension and cheating from dealers as they gave me a accidental car which i got to know at first service.....honda elevate I like but features is less and price is more.... What about apex edition? I think too many features will bring more repairing cost in future..... i am very confused

Do not agree with your observation that Kushaq is poor in features ! It offers 10.25 inch Infotainment system, same size digital drivers display, electronically adjustable front seats, front ventilated seats, 6 speaker system with Sub woofer, looks Classy with timeless design.... I will pick Elevate as poorest in terms of features ( though it's a great car to drive)

It’s a bit odd when you call Creta the best family car and question its safety at the same time. I am not a Hyundai fan but as a package Creta is impossible to beat which reflects in its monthly sales. It’s selling like what hatchbacks used to. Honestly, I feel Creta trumps Elevate in almost all aspects. Being a Honda fan it’s painful to say that but a fact is a fact. Creta is the best all round car in this group. No doubts about it!

@@MrShabapathi I agree Honda cars have been safe and reliable but their quality has definitely gone down. I have friends who are 5th gen city owners complaining of rusting in 3 year old cars. As for elevate, try it with 4 passengers at speed above 60. It gets bouncy. And seats are narrow. Not very comfortable. Fuel efficiency is also quite poor. Hondas usp was fun to drive and efficient at the same time. I am afraid that no longer holds.

I have elevate CVT top model,it's worth it. Better reliable engine than others, safer than others and lower price than others. Astor has very low power and milega, seltos creta are overpriced and hyryder is very slow. Vw is a good option if you have not much problem with services.

Don’t compare VW & Skoda with Hyundai and Toyota. They are just out of League. Hyundai Creta and Toyota Hyrider are value for money Cars but VW and Škoda are engineering marvels.

No torque converter or DCA pls. The reason why CVT not involves much on accident is because it doesn’t accelerate immediately. CVT is for purely comfort and city and sedate drive in highways. No TC, no DSG. Giving them will make drivers take it for granted and make quick overtakes, hard braking and zig zag drives. As a Honda fan, I would like Honda to stick to CVT. That’s the DNA of Honda. Unlike Hyundai and Tata, Honda should be unique and no matter even if sold less.

Damn sure it wont be discontinued and Honda wont shut down their operations in India. Honda is focussing much on Exporting Elevate to Nepal and South Africa. Elevate is launched as WRV in Japan and its a bit hit in Japan. You can expect Hybrid from Honda in India in near future. But not sure if Elevate will be powered by Hybrid, CNG or not. If you dont travel more than 1500kms a month, Petrol would make sense. Else you may wait for hybrid 😊

@@travel2discovery Don't worry. Honda will not! Some brands keep launching new variants of mobile phone just to capture market. Some won't since they are sure they have their own supporters and will keeping adding a few more year by year. Honda is one such brand. You may blindly settle on Elevate ZX variant which is value for money. Creta is also best in segment but priced higher.
