I wasn't sure this would be possible two years ago. Here we are today.... Thank you to everyone that's been supportive of the track in any capacity. It's all led to this. The track might not be the biggest, baddest track out there for cars, but it's what we've got. The alternative, is zero. We will keep grinding away on it. Over time, it'll keep getting better.

greetings from Australia from someone who has been following since you purchased the track. Good luck with events like this, they are fun and teach you the basics of car control at low speeds. We have similar events we call Khanacross (mark out an event in a paddock or sometimes permanent dirt tracks with chicanes that also get used for small rally type events without the chicanes ) but most of ours are done on dirt, sometimes a combination of both. I plan to be competing this weekend in a local dirt event. I dont know if you have thought about maybe doing a dirt event on another part of the land. and yes, the alternative, zero, is boring.

I have been watching since you started clearing the track of a million weeds, what you are doing is nothing short of fantastic, I hate to see racetracks lost and the life you have breathed into it is just amazing. I love the track and would be a real highlight to visit someday. Great content man, supporting you from the UK

Thanks for watching from afar. It's highly uncommon for any racetrack to get a second chance once it's shut down and abandoned. Most are done forever.

@@Greenlightfilming This is very sad, but true. I guess I'm a bit odd as I prefer racetracks over race cars but I feel that tracks, especially older ones, hold something special. I hope it continues for many years to come 👍

I like the little car with a drill battery. You should get a tall flag for it in case someone comes to visit you and can't see it.

The flag is an excellent suggestion. There's some elevation change on site that he can disappear in from time to time.

So Sorry to see the WS6 go... I have a 2002 FireHawk, and the WS6 is what drew me to your channel. Ill stick around. That Vette is bad ass with skilled driver. Looks like fun, wish I was closer I'd love to do some laps.

It was sad to see it go, but I replaced it with a much nicer ws6 lol. There's still an fbody here.... 👍👍 The vette driver is solid. He and the BMW driver have a ton of experience.

At the end of the day, it's irrelevant who has the fastest car. The fact that the drivers that came out wheeled their cars is what matters. 99% of people chose to leave them parked at home. Thanks for coming, dude. I have said it too much lately, but it honestly matters that people come out. Without participation, the track will never grow legs like it should.

a slider is a small sandwich or burger.Ever had a White Castle or Krystal burger? I'm guessing a pork slider is going to be a small BBQ pulled pork sandwich on a bun like a King's Hawaiian Roll or something similar.
