2022 Nissan Patrol Royale Review | Behind the Wheel

Big doesn't even begin to describe the 2022 Nissan Patrol. Yes it's big, but there's more to it than that. Caco's driven a lot of cars, but not quite as huge as this one. On this episode of Behind the Wheel, let's answer the question, "What happens when a little man meets a big car?" Spoiler alert, quite a few gas stops and a whole lot of 5.6-liter V8 noises. Gas shouldn't be an issue for those who buy this vehicle since it's brought on long weekends to a beach house or to a golf course. Power delivery is more quiet and linear compared to its diesel counterparts, perfect for getting those 18 holes in on a Saturday. It's all about the use-case. For city driving, they can bring their 530 diesel BMW, for weekends, this bad boy. That's how some people roll.

Almost absolutely EVERY car I like isn't sold in Europe where I live. The Patrol, the Montero Sport, some MPV's from Japan, the 2.7 Prado.... At least I can get a CRV, that's it. I'm planning to travel to the Philippines in March, and should probably try those cars should the opportunity arise.

I have an LC200 (getting the 300 next month) and I'm not really bothered by fuel costs that much. What annoys me though is how often I have to make a trip to the gas station because it's a hungry V8, mind you the tank's capacity is around 93L. I only get 4.3/4.7 KM/L city driving. Can't wait for my LC300 though, hopefully it's alot more fuel efficient with its V6 engine.

When going through drive throughs,.Inside this big guy! THAT WOULD DEFINITELY A BIG PROBLEM Unlike the Kia Carnival,.Which in the right calculation you would alrdy go in and out,,..With alrdy no problem at all and yeah a lack of speed sensing door locks should be a standard in all.Vehicles but here it lacks it And my # two dippy downer,.Would be the 3rd row where it can be really cramped Kaya di din talaga siya advisable na,.Gamitin lalong lalo kung mahaba-habang road trips na din iyan pero kung quick short trips lang sa,,.. Baka same sa bagong navara. Wla sa settings, need mo manually enable by turning on the infotainment (not the engine) and pressing the lock buttons for a few seconds.
