May I ask where to download the "utodesk Geotechnical Modeler" plugin? The Chinese version of C3D does not integrate this feature.

in manage.autodesk.com/products, but you must have an licence susbscriber for civil 3d to have access to the ad-on or plugin , and you can get it in Chinese version of civil 3d recent version and freatures.
