i had been doing research on inventor tutorials and all I will say here Rod tutorials are very easy to understand.

f1 in the Inventor> in left menu choose "Tutorial Learning Resources" > Assemblies > About this tutorial > click on the link > download "Inventor 2013 Data Set Tutorial Files" it has 238Mb

I'm trying to build the frame of an airplane in inventor, but it consists of lots of different parts. Do I need to create a separate file for each part?

I am unable to find the tutorial files on my computer. Also, in my "Getting Started" menu, there is no "tutorial" button. Do I need to download the tutorial files somewhere? If if mattes, I have the student addition, not the trial. Thanks.

it didn't dawn on me until just now... i think Rob does some videos for Lynda.com too. how did i realize this? because it sounds like he says "Otter desk" which, always catches my ear and it gives me an interesting visual lol... next cad project... an otter desk :)
