Amazing, as always! Maybe you can make video how to do bush or tree for game engine? I have heard for for bushes, trees and hair need to use plane and add some texture. Thanks!

I bought your video on creating smart materials. Great stuff. Would love to see more longer videos of you explaining why you are doing the things you are doing. Modeling has become the easy part for me. But substance painter is still a mystery

Awesome, thank you!

I've really been enjoying your speed modeling and have been making some of your models. I thought this one would be easy but I'm stuck on the petals. Can you describe how you extruded the edge, increased the thickness and duplicated it? Did you detach a component first before starting the form the petal? I'm probably missing something really simple, but can't seem to figure it out :-(
@3dextrude6 жыл бұрын
The petal is a separate object, all I did was go to object mode and use extrude to give it thickness. After that I just duplicated the object.

@@3dextrude how did you turn the extruded edge into a seperate object from the cylinder?
@3dextrude Жыл бұрын
@@val2549 The extrusion was from a duplicate of the object. I did the extrude and then deleted the rest of the model.

You are actually very skilled and creative and i really love watching your modeling videos... Now lets get to the main point...i have a challenge for you(i saw someone doing it i thought it would be awesome especially for the content of you channel :P)you have 24 hours to do 100 different assets for a game or an animation(it doesnt matter how big or small are the models)all you have to do is model and texture(and uv ofcourse :))
@WildWolf_216 жыл бұрын
If you cant think of a theme to model stuff from i recommend viking/middle age.
@3dextrude6 жыл бұрын
Thank you, haha I don't think I have that much time to do that challenge, though technically I am doing it but instead of 24hrs at one year lol.
@WildWolf_216 жыл бұрын
3dEx lol 😂 You can actually take extra time if you want and use photoshop instead of substance painter to reduce the complexity of the challenge :)
