After a bit of confusion where nothing was being added I noticed in the select statement query (6:55), "Properties" is the name of the spreadsheet tab (sheet name in Excel). Updating the name of the sheet in my Excel xlsx to "Properties" (by double clicking on the tab name) resolved the issue for me.
