how shot I do not suppose theres away to count how many cells are in a certain colour. E.G if I make a cell blue it adds another to blue its for an occupancy tracker?

If you actually go to a quiz to test your excel knowledge, keep in mind that the name of the functions is translated to the language excel ia installed in. So lookout for that. Example in italian the "IF" function is called "SE". And this apply to all functions.

The thing I love about your videos is that I always learn something new, even if I've been using an application for years. The LEFT + FIND formula would have saved me SOOOO much time in my last job where I frequently had to parse data out of email addresses. (Since I didn't know about this formula, I did it using Text to Columns, which was much more time-consuming.)
