once you install autodesk point layout, it will install in your autocad as well. The procedure is the same.

how you change to new UCS I try but I cant.

Easiest way is to use the View Cube to orient the view to what you want...then, type in UCS...then type in View. This will set the UCS view to the current view you are looking at.
