Hi there! Qtrack will help as a workaround. Though QTrack numbers do not show events on eBay, they can be checked on websites like 17Track to prove that packages were delivered. That's why sellers with ‘item not received’ cases can still win the case. Good luck!

Question: So I place an order on amazon to deliver to someone in a state different than the state and zip code I have as the default one in my autods settings. The item will more than likely be shipped from the amazon warehouse closest to the customer, which won't be the one I have as my default. So if I'm understanding correctly, aquiline will recognize what zip code the item is shipped from and update the zip code I have listed in that item listing shipping location? Because what you're saying is that Ebay doesn't like when it goes back and sees via the tracking that the zip code the item originated from is different than what I have in my listing. Am I understanding all of this correctly?
