Was surprisingly easy, thanks! I recently broke mine, Safelite and a local place wanted $800-$1100 to replace all the rear windows, $130 (including shipping) from Brad's, a watch of the video and then a few minutes negotiation with the seals and I am set. It actually took me longer to clean all my windows than it did to do the center slider install. Highly appreciated. If you're here watching this wondering if you can save a few bucks doing this yourself I would encourage you to try it, it's much easier even than it seems.

Thanks for the video. The glass went in exactly as you described. Took less that 10 minutes. Some soapy water in a spray bottle makes the job so much easier.

Brad you just saved me $1200 and I cannot thank you enough. Glass place provided by Toyota quoted me $1300 to replace the entire back window. 1 hour of work well worth the $1200 I saved

My son put a 2x8 through the sliding center window of my '05 Tundra. I watched the "Black hat Brad" video and he watched the "Red hat Brad" video. (BTW we agree the black hat suits you better! ;) We nailed the installation with no problems except for one bleeder! Danny learned not to kneel on broken glass! Thanks for the help!🙏

Just finished installing a center panel. Once I found and removed all the glass from the broken window and followed Brad's instructions the new window went right in and looks great! Thanks Brad !

Great video - one thing for me is that the rubber seal would not drag with the window no matter how much I bunched it up / binded with window. I ended up spraying the seal down with wd40 and it was super easy to push the whole thing under the window- grab the back with some needle nose pliers and finish up pulling the last couple inches.

Thanks just put mine in in a matter of seconds since I cleaned the glass out the other day. Glad there was little holes at the bottom of channel for the small pieces of glass to get out.

Excellent video made installation easy.I had to apply oil to the lower channel before I could get the lower gasket to slide all the way under the window.

The Toyota dealership told me that I have to replace the whole thing and not just the center piece. They said there is no way to do it.

@@autoglassamerica i know its possible, I ordered a glass from you for my friend's tacoma last week and I got it pretty quickly. My friend took it to some bodyshop person who couldn't figure out how to do it and told her that she needed to replace the whole thing. We went to toyota and they told her the same damn thing, spend the $800 to replace the whole thing. I watched your video and I replaced the glass myself in less than 10 minutes. So simple, all I could do is laugh.

Just to verify, my 97 has the 4 glass panel rear sliding window, one of the sliding panels is broken out. So even if I have the replacement panel there isn’t a way to install it?
