BAIC B40 is currently the best selling vehicle of BAIC in the Philippine market There's a newer B40 in China but it won't be available for sale in export markets yet due to its price and looks similar to the GWM Tank 300

Hmm removable roof este roofs! partitions kasi, anyways pogi sya ha, it got handsome front fascia. Yes I think so too, the ground clearance look more higher than what it says. I remember when you brought the Tank 300 at Camp Well River Valley that drive was cool. Bring that to that place also if time allows. Nice review Boss Vince.

Hopefully Mahindra bring their cars in Philippines market again. The mahindra Thar can compete with this one. Indian reliability is something big out there, Mahindra is also making noise in other countries like Australia

Very pricey considering his power , lack of software and the 360 degree camera and don't really sure about that convertible top when comes a storm in the Philippines about the leaking inside, other bad side is not having 7 seats

For a chinese vehicle, its underwhelming. Daming features sa GAC GS-8. This feels like unsold units and they just sell it here kasi may 2nd gen na.

i believe it shares some components with foton, and foton has a great track record in terms with parts availability, not to mention foton assembles its trucks here in the Philippines

Don't know why they need to copy car designs. Is it really hard to come up with your own design? Even the dashboard was copied. I wish them well.

There's a newer version of BAIC B40 that looks similar to the GWM Tank 300 😂 Jeep allowed the use of that design as the grille,headlamps and bumper aren't total copy of Jeep Wrangler

@@KuchingKingVideoGamer ok I understand it was allowed by jeep and good for them but I personally think they should establish their own brand design which would help their brand. for me personally, who would like to be seen in a car that only shows you can't afford the one with the original design. Well I still wish them well. Hopefully it's gonna be like the 86 and BRZ but it doesn't seem like it's gonna.

The reason why chinese cars always copying others design is that they are opportunistic… reason to capitalized on the popularity of the jeep… if they have their own design no one will buy it though…..

@@ralphkatsidis8338Suzuki blatantly copied the Mercedes Benz G Wagon with the current generation Jimny and Suzuki still uses the same design language of MINI to the Suzuki Swift 😂😂😂 Nissan Urvan NV350 is a Hiace copycat while Toyota copied the Jeep when they've released the original Land Cruiser 😂😂😂

Might be out of topic but i just want to know. Latest hatch backs like wigo and the likes are around 800k, for a family of 4 with occasional 500kms of vacay, is it better to buy a 2nd hand SUV, AUV, MPV or even a pick up truck. we checked in at toyota, suzuki honda and mitsu for cars around 700-800k, we also got into 2nd hand dealerships where we saw 700-800k cars that are casa maintained, no repairs, just usual scratchea, no bumps, still in A+ condition in short. Need help.

It will really depend on your use case and what you are willing to sacrifice. Because brand new cars (in your case a Wigo hatchbacks etc.) will definitely be more frugal gas wise than your other choices. But that will come with drawbacks too like lack of space, comfort, less seats etc. While your other choice will have its own drawbacks too (common 2nd hand concerns) like maintenance, parts replacement that will come sooner than later. Not to mention the fuel consumption.

i'd say go for brand new. dami ng choices sa market. take time and enjoy test-driving them. we don't have that luxury back in the day. sa brand new, at least may peace of mind ka in the first 5 years or during the warranty period.
