Hi - this is really helpful, thanks. One question: is it possible to add external/non-Zoho training courses (working at heights, fire safety, etc.) into the Training section?

In ZPeople, you can add non-Zoho users (called 'Employee Profiles'), which may work for you if you're trying to train contractors. However, you also can in TrainerCentral.
