Love it! Good work. I would add in a small ki value, like 0.1. I know I say to leave that at 0 in my video but I’ve since changed my tune on that. Overall this is a very controlled roast.

May I ask which seller you bought your roaster unit from? :-) Nice work using a servo, will be doing the same in a near future.
