I used the list of items needed but also needed 21 hoppers, 15 more redstone dust, 1 dirt for bamboo to grow, and 1 more repeater. Works great. Ty.

I was making a auto kelp farm by jcplayz the othe day and it's very similar but I couldn't do 10 in a row, just 9, because of the red stone line was more than 15 long. What you did was mind blowing to me by putting the clock right behind the first Piston.

Redstons with pistons are so different in bedrock, java should have that parity. Also, i am guessing this relies on some duping glitch? Java has sand duping glitches too, but only with the end portals

Well bedrock redstone is how mojang wants the redstone to be. If they change java piston it will break a lot of builds

Not a bad farm you could of just use a full block with buttons underneath it so you dont need to use sign's alot cheeper and i would of put the redstone clock on the other side so your not running 2 line's

Total reminder of the kelp farm I built years ago in a previous world! I think that thing produced more dropped sand blocks than it did kelp 😅 Does that still happen or will it work without maintenance now?

Yes, but you will have to change the crafter setup if you want to auto craft into paper.

Works for me on Bedrock PS5, might be on 2 chunk borders? Most of the farms like this need to be in 1 chunk as well as you, and turn the machine off before logging off or leaving away from the chunk.

Things to check: are the sand still in place after running the machine. If not, the problem maybe that the repeater timings are not set correctly. This is the most common cause of kelp not growing.

You really should make it yourself. The video is very easy to follow. On the plus side by building it yourself will help you learn the ways of redstone thus helping you understand redstone when building future redstone contraptions.
