This is awesome buddy, looking to build something similar myself. I understand as the board hits the end the air is shuttled to actuate the cylinder and bring the saw down. But what is actually moving the board and what sort of sensors or programming is involved to know when to push the board forward?

Hello - I know many posts were submitted to you 4-5 years ago. I just came across this video now. This is a brilliant build - well done. Question? what is moving the board forward? Are the rollers powered or do you have a wheel (in the checker plate housing) that grabs the board and pushes it forward? Any help is really appreciated. Great video and build. well done!!

All the process is mecanical no electronic components involve only few solenoid and micro switchs

Gibson Fireworks cylinder is 12" regular pneumatic the feeder is a 24v gear motor at the end is a 12v solenoid that activities the process

There is a lot of parts involve in the machine. Electric, pneumatic, mecanical, and electronic parts will be hard to find all in one place

Mr Romnica Hi there !! I'm sorry i can't recall exactly all the parts i used in that machine because i built every out of my head I'm not good at making plans jajaja but i remember some part. Like the main arme is controlled by a pneumatic piston with one 12v solenoid

Mr Romnica The machine it has 3 pneumatic 12v solenoid, 4 micro switches , 1 gear motor 12 volts 1 power supply 12v 1 Dewalt skill saw. I won't be able tu supply any prints because every thing wass build with out plans
