Do I understand this right? I have to fully stretch the garment, fold in the sleeves and stack it neatly? Then carefully feed it into your machine to make two more folds and push it out the other end?

The machine has programs that can do all the movements, depends what you would like to do with the machine and how you would like the end fold. if you have big productivity you need the machines (over 10.000 garments per day) not for small production.

Doesn’t seem like it does much, the operator must lay it perfectly and carefully fold in the arms, then the machine simply folds it over twice. Doesn’t fold arms, auto load, bag, tie, stack?

Dear Steve the variety of the garments as we know is huge, it is possible to make an automation for the sleeves but the quality of the fold will not be good because of the different shapes of the sleeves. Most of companies that use our machines before the folding they send the garments from the ironing station with the sleeves inside so the operator does not need to put the sleeves inside. If we are talking only for t-shirt or polo you do not need to put the sleeves inside. In the video we make just a presentation of folding and stacking, if you are interest I can send you more solutions like folding bagging sealing. May sheem to you that the machine doesn't do something much, but you need to think that in the end you have all the fold exactly the same(very important for the factories) and a stable efficiency. The machine is almost 5 times faster than a manual procedure.
