Automatic Fried Chips Packing System

This video shows packing fried chips with our multi-head packing system. This packing system consists of 2 sets of bucket elevators, 2 sets of distributors, 4 sets of 10-head scalers, 4 sets of 420 packing machines, 4 sets of bag hoisters, and 4 sets of bag turntables. This system packs 16800 bags of snacks maximally. The widest bag can be 200mm. This system is fully automatic. Compared with the volume packing machinery (measure products by measuring cups), multi-head packing machinery is more accurate.
