automatic screw oil press machine is cold pressing sunflower oil now

Hello I use your machine in India to extract Cold pressed mustard oil and I do not use heater. My client asked me to remove moisture and make oil thinner so what temperature should I choose for this heating plate to extract moisture less and thinner mustard oil without ruining its integral quality?
