Add a PVC drain under each panel row collect all the water in a water tank (like a PVC tank) and recycle the same water again. Thus saving water. To make a PVC drain, take a PVC pipe of 4 in diameter 20 feet long and cut it horizontally. Each PVC pipe of 4-inch diameter will make 2 drains. Connect all the drains, collect all the water in the PVC tank and recycle. It works because I have done it for my solar systems. Around 80-90 percent of water is recyclable.

Seems to be quality work. Questiin: for how long the system have to be keot working on daily basis and how much water consumption per min on 10 plates system ( so that calcutions for bigger system couod me made accordingly)

This looks very good but how would you replace or repair a broken sprinkler after installation? There is no way to get on top of a solar panel and do the repair work. Only the walkway structure would make the repair possible. Please explain

Brother sprinklers doesn't break and even doesn't block also so no need to replace any nozel..

It could not block because for pressure behind tje nozels w3 use monoblock pump that's why it can't stuck or block so no need to repair the nozels.. So don't worry in this system only repairable thing is electric monoblock pump..

جی آپکی بات درست ہے مگر برش کی ضرورت تب پڑتی ہے جب پینلز کو دس پندرہ دن بعد واش کیا جاتا ہے ۔ ان پر مٹی کی تہہ جمتی رہتی ہے جو کہ برش کے بغیر نہیں جاتی مگر جب انکو روزانہ آپ صرف دو منٹ میں واش کر سکتے ہوں وہ بھی بس ایک کلک سے تو ان پر مٹی کی تہہ نہیں جم سکتی اس لیے برش وغیرہ کی بھی کوئ ضرورت نہیں ہوتی ۔

This is not at all a good way to clean solar panels. Firstly only water will never clean. Secondly it will cause salt scaling with time. Thirdly the water outlet points are casting shadows on solar panels. Not at all recommended. Also these pipes in the gaps of solar panels are removing the wind gaps which are necessary to reduce wind drag on solar panels

The panels work optimally at 25 degrees, the hotter it gets the crappier the result. The calcium formation takes a long time to form and it's easy to remove. The implementation is way worth the risk

@lightning123u yes panels work optimal at 25. So you will keep water running the whole day? Is that what you want to say. Secondly you are saying scaling takes long while and easy to clean. Just try to have an experiment with scaled solar panel and clean it. Then you will realize how difficult it is and it also removes the anti reflective layer which in turn lowers the production by 10 percent. You are trying to gain nothing. This way of cleaning no where successful
