Automatic washing system is not effective at all without brushing the pannels. However when washing is done it looks clean but as it dries up dust layer will be clearly visible there. So water with brushing is right way of cleaning.

Sir summer mn peak hot day k waqt in ko ni chalana chiye panels ka temperature 50-60 c hota hai ager aik dm thanda pani dalain gy to glass break ho sakt hai or sudden contraction ki waja se silicon wafers main micro cracks aa sakty hain jis se panel ki life km ho sakti hai.... Kabi b ksi gram chez ko aik dm thanda ni krna chiye ous main micro cracks aajty hain jo long turm main damage kr sakty hain Always wash ur panels at night time.

Don’t wash when panels are hot , you will damage glass layer on panel surface. It will crack. Early morning or cloudy day is best.

No you are wrong because solar is normal hot so you can wash easly solar if90 to100c temperater so wash with water so that can bracke

ye bohat ziyada kamyab nahi hai kisi had tak karamad hai mene 2 saal se banaya huwa hai same but with pin hole in pipes har string pr sepearate volve system pr, panel pora cover nahi ho pata various place pr dry reh jata hai aur sirf oper ki halki gard saaf ho jati hai jami hui dust saaf nahi hoti aur phir wet hone ke baad cloth se saaf na honey ki wajha se dust pehle se bhi ziyada jam jati hai aur burishing lazmi karni parti hai. car pressure washer kafi had tak behtar result deta hai,

Sir , pipe dia ? Inlet pressure ? Flow rate ? In India we use 1" ,1/2 ,3/4 " uPVC pipe being in the Sun . Nozzles are made of plastic available in long it short versions . Use s pressure gauge at the inlet to know the pressure and s regulating valve . One point the nozzles and pipes should not cast their shadow ,which inactivates entire groups of cells .

I think untill we don't use surf /detergent solution and rub with some soft cloth using wiper etc, panels will not be cleaned in true sense. Light lawyer of dust will again appear as soon as panels dry by using water only. Comment please.

u r right I experienced it since 2019, in this system manual cleaning by brush/viper is must, this type water dropping will just help for brushing wash, bird drops cleaning also a headache.

very bad advise to cool down panels in summer by water. this temperature difference will cause cracks in glass. moreover, no panel cleaning system is effective until it includes brushing and fluid that can dry clean it
