can a Chamberlain sectional door opener from bunnings be used on a tilt door like the one in this video?

Yes, but there are a few different types of tilt doors, this one is known as a "track tilt" which uses springs on the arms and also retracts back into the garage fully. If you do have this type of door, it is probably one of the simpler installations as far as the opener is concerned. Install it level, about 30mm above the door.

What I want to see that hardware that looks like a jamb track hardware. Was outlawed in California years and years and years ago I don't know what state you're in but completely illegal in California. Regular holmes tilt out hinges are okay now in California but they only make the heavy unique kind which is okay because the little headroom option on that is better than the original light duty tilt out inches it's different in every state when I went to Colorado they didn't even know what it tilt-out door was I was going to fix my mom's garage door they never even heard of a tilt-out garage door
