Automatic Writing. Receiving Guidance From Spirit

I don’t write thoughts or images that are coming into my mind. The pen has force inside and moves by itself and I have no idea what’s coming next. It just surprises me. Sometimes the being who is writing makes me laugh by funny and clever comments (I have regular visitors) Also, I cannot hide anything from them because they can “see” my thoughts as soon as they form in my mind. I write for two to three hours without a break but my hand does not get tired because I am not the one who is writing. I love it.

It's fun isn't it? Also fun when you can channel for others. Try it in a group and ask others to put their name in a hat. Pull one name at a time, and without looking at the name, write a message from Spirit for them. It's nice to share our gifts with others so they may reap the benefit also. Hello! And thanks for watching and adding a comment. Unfortunately, some may use this as a way to tap into an unseen presence. That is not what this type is meant for. This type of writing, with a clear heart, can be helpful. It is important to remain open and have clear intentions. This automatic writing exercise is an exercise only. People use it as a way to get in touch with their higher self or inner child also. It's important to remember we can always get in touch with our inner selves. It can be through meditation, or writing, or prayer, or speaking to Spirit. When in doubt, contact someone who is trained in teaching this. Use discernment when choosing always. If you mean 'loved ones' or spirit guides? Spirit guides yes. I've never tried writing to a loved one in the world of spirit. But you could always ask a loved one to come to you in a dream or send a sign to you through a bird or feather or coin. I would be hesitant about trying to contact someone through this type of writing. Use it as purely information from your higher self or inner child type work. Go into it with pure intentions. When you write the question, you then switch hands and write the answer. The answer will appear in your mind as you write it. You may see a picture or hear words or a phrase. Write whatever you see or hear in your mind. Don't force it and leave no room for doubt. :)

Remote viewing is not automatic writing.
