Hello, first thanks for taking the time on doing this video, very interesting. A couple of questions, at minute 24, we are not seeing the email writing screen, so I get a little bit lost about what to do when you mention "add the question mark..." If you don´t mind can elaborate a little more. Thanks

The ? Is at the end of the URL before adding the URL parameters. This is an old video, so my recording software wasn’t great. Check my latest video all about my extension that automated this for you without you needing to write any code

I understood the interest of the "Hash" and reviewed your video, but what I still haven't understood is how you detect the second response (or more) that triggers the contact/verify info task?

I saw 2 vidéos where you explain "hash" concept, i follow your exemple and did it, I understood that it allowed to give a key and to find the data, but I did not understand yet the interest and in which cases it was useful, so i don't understand what's the benefit ; could you clarify please ?????

Hi there, I'm not sure what you mean. Hashes are unique datapoints that exist on records to make it easy to find the correct specific record when receiving a response from the client. I suggest you watch the video again where you will see how I use hashes. Thanks
