Perfect explanation and now we know how to manage this properly, thankyou. Just a couple of questions? 1) can Zoho Books link to Xero 2) regarding the small script integrations you mention to bring products over time FSM - would you be able to offer support for companies in the Uk?

I ran into a system limitation in that you can only store 15 addresses per contact in fsm. I am a contractor doing drone inspections. The company i receive work from has one of their operations managers (my contact in fsm) handling more than 15 service locations that I do regular work at. I've integrated all 3 apps so the integration works. However, this limitation makes fsm almost unusable. Any ideas on a workaround?

Hi Jay! I'd reach out to Zoho support and see if they can increase that limit for you. While you could build a custom module to store additional addresses, that module would not function the same as the native module to provide easy selection of Addresses as you're processing requests in FSM.

We’ve been trying to get something like this working with crm, projects and books. We mainly do remodeling, longer more complex jobs. Will FSM be a good alternative? We can trigger a project to be created but all the information in the original estimate kind of gets lost. Ideally would like to have the products become tasks and tasks lists

Hi AccuratelyCorp! For longer more complex jobs, Projects is likely a better fit than FSM. It is possible to launch a Project with Task Lists unique to the Products sold on the estimate, but it takes a more complicated Deluge script. You'll essentially create a Task List Template for each Product, and add that Template ID to the Product record itself for use in the function to launch a Project, and add the relevant Task Lists

Is there anyway to trigger a request in FSM being automatically created from a deal creation in CRM? I have a form to ingest new leads/deals into CRM and I would love to automatically populate a request in FSM if a certain form is filled out.

@@JonandAva you could create a Zoho flow to create a condition where if certain conditions in crm are met ( i.e a certain form is filled out) then it would trigger a request automatically. Might take some custom scripting tho not sure if it’s out of the box
