I know this is really late. but you could have had a rotating grabber where you were standing going down to the ordering terminal. swap the ordering terminal and the trash and you wouldnt have to manually throw the trash away. you'd just have to wash dishes from the corner. and be confined to a 1x1 space lol

Because this takes a long time, I use the PlateUp Enhancement Mod to load all the assets. Even with that it takes me more than 30h to find the most ideal setup for everything to save space and still work, I record the whole process but it would be a massive video if I setup include all of that. If you would like to try the mod I have a video on how to install it, but I wouldn't recomend it for normal play because it make the game to easy.
