How do I integrate this with the Skool platform? Is there anything like Zapier that works with Odoo? Like when someone signs up for my community, I'd like that to kick off an email series automation. How do I integrate that so I don't have to do it manually?

hey friend is it possible to explain if version 17 for Community edition instalation still have this option available?

I see things like "an email reply to a quote" or "a quote is signed" are no options for automations. Is that correct?

I don't have 'automation' on my pipeline.

It is because you probably are in a version anterior to 17. "CRM automated actions" showcased in this video is a new feature released with the version 17. Anyway, even in an older version, you should be able to replicate this "Automation" with Studio (if you have it), through the "Automated actions" functionality. It is a little bit more technical, but it does exactly the same. In v17, Odoo made this "automated action" more accessible to less technical users. In which Odoo version is your database ?

@@djinntonic Exactly right. We are on Odoo 15 right now but we have the v17 upgrade scheduled for April. Can't wait to use the new version, it looks awesome!
