Yes! When you configure your sales teams in the CRM settings, leads will be assigned to salespeople in round robin format at a frequency you decide. Creo que nos engañan... Llevo 2 años con odoo enterprise y las nuevas versiones están llenas muy llenas de errores. A veces quitan funciones y después dicen que contrate a un desarrollador para solucionar las cosas. No estoy muy feliz con odoo. Saludos

Also, for reference: it's generally not our practice to suggest hiring a developer on Enterprise unless 3rd-party custom modifications have been made to the code (which is outlined very clearly in every user agreement). The purpose of that exception is to incentivize customers to use the many highly-customizable features that are already included in the base code, and to not take on technical debt with 3P customizations, or that if customizations are in fact necessary then they'd be implemented by our RD teams.
