Erick I remember reading in an article or something about him saying they as in him and his kids used to listen to Gorillaz in their car all the time (or something like that). I think Noel had said he was interested in doing a song for it at some point and it just finally worked out with both their schedules. Noel also wanted to get Damon to play the melodica on one of his songs too eventually, but again scheduling is difficult. There was a few different iterations of this song. Originally Jhenny (sp) wasn't in it at all, she was added later.
