Brother, I believe that petrol engines should either be so refined, powerful, and hybrid-like, or petrol itself should be made so cheap that we completely forget about diesel. That would be the best because we also have to consider our pockets. When hybrids arrive, they will be very expensive, and EVs are already ₹5 lakh costlier in the starting models. Moreover, EVs are the worst option in India. Fifteen years ago, only petrol vehicles were used here.
