You know what else is everywhere, can see at night, is easy to monitor and doesn`t need food or have free will? Cameras, cameras with recognition software, IR lighting, internet connections and security companies as well as locals can watch anytime they want, cameras that won`t eat ALL the birds ;)

Those cameras are a bit too heavy for the cat, if you would use smaller ones, something like a spy cam, that would work a bit better, but maybe the quality would suffer. A funny idea, you could just as well use the drone and sit at home. Add multiple drones and you got the future of policing. Add tear gas to the drone and you can start either raising chaos or policing as well.
