7 month into this and i just want my life back. I've seen countless doctors, specialist,etc, no one can tell what it is. I've had every blood test on the menu done. This sudden anxiety, depression,panick attacks along with all the rest os driving me crazy.

​@@akhilpm9052I've found that my adrenaline surges occur when I stand still and my heart starts pounding. My sleeping heart rate is 54, 64 is my resting heart rate. When I stand still for a half minute or so when it's above 80 degrees my heart rate will fluctuate between 80 and 120. Above 100 is when I start getting the adrenaline surges along with cognitive decline and my legs and abdomen ache from the blood pooling. It's been the worst year of my life!😢

Me too, 8 months post COVID. I am getting some relief from Celexa (citalopram) low dose (10 mg). It calms my immune system down enough so that I can walk a little. Also removes the stressed feeling, anxiety. Helps me think. Good luck!

I got Omicron and my body temp. went down to 94 F...Anyone hear of that before?

I’ve had long covid two years now and finally starting to improve, but during that time my body temperature has been erratic, not just fevers but also very low too, had 94F sometimes and even 92.8F during a day sick in bed last October.

Yes. I was injured by the Pfizer vaccine, never had Covid, but have very similar symptoms to Long Haul Covid. And I woke up one night shaking uncontrollably and had low core temperature. For the next three days I had to wear a down jacket and wool cap indoors and use a heating pad on my torso. But it stabilized after that. I experience other symptoms of dysautonomia too… sometimes my heart beat is too slow.

I have suffered about an year symptoms are very severe....none of the doctors are aware of this...none of the test revealed anything but i was continued to suffer 🥺 After an yr of this sufferings I'm now suffering from Chronic Idiopathic urticaria....here also none of the doctors are aware why I'm suffering like this...CBC test didn't give any speck of Allergic reactions ....

At the end all you do is blame lack of water, diet, and rest ? Seriously ? VNS or vagus regulation therapy ? Zero medical advice then. Patients are blaming these symptoms on the vax and medical community does itself no favors not talking about long covid and explaining the nerves are already impaired.
