The Coolray is still Geely Philippines' most popular model, but the Azkarra Luxury trumps it with its AWD system (plus the hybrid system and more spacious interior too). 😊👍👏

its cheap(er), good looking, ok quality, ok performance, lots of electronic features, and also has alot of space. whats impressive is that despite for its size, the small engine can accelerate this car from 0-60 in the mid 9's

Azkarra ka na. Got mine yesterday and it is such an awesome car, having driven it for 100 kms already sa highway and city. You'll never know when you'll need the 4wd and sa tingin ko mas plush ang interiors ng azkarra over the corolla cross. Good luck.

Bt mas mahal tong azkarra kesa s okavango? If im not mistaken, okavango is around 1.4m. i thought okavango is supposed to be the biggest among the 3 geely models and the most high tech feats.

You can change/adjust the steering wheel's sensitivity through the car settings :)

Matulin ba sya sir? Sabi kc sa ibang reviews mabigat daw sya ng 300kilos kumpara sa coolray kaya mas matulin parin daw po c coolray, i'm to performance po kc hehe saka isang ayaw ko po sa azkarra is ung mga black piano tiles nya kc sobra bilis mascratch

We’d definitely go for the Azkarra, but the Coolray is nice too.

The reason why I chose the Coolray over Azkarra is the powertrain.. I jist dont like the mild hybrid setup.. I wish this has a at least a 2 liter turbo petrol,adaptive cruise control, HUD, premium sound system, and Android auto.. This wouldve been perfect..for me at least..

not gonna happen with these Chinese cars lalo na the engine upgrade. There's a pretty leagal reason why they stick with the 1.5L upper limit with these cars.

1.5 has 5% import duty vs. bigger engine, ie 2L will incur you a whooping 30% tax. so yes, not gonna happen :)

Thank you for the review. For something being marketed as a "luxury" or "premium" vehicle, I think it needs more improvement. I decided NOT to buy this SUV. I'm still in the market to get one early next year. Trying to decide between the Montero sport and Fortuner. I want a third player, but definitely Azkarra is not it.
