This video would be more helpful if you showed installation of the mount with the torque specs. The big bolt is 43 ft pounds, can't find the 3 smaller bolts.

I have a 2014 Chevy Sonic with the 1.8L engine. The engine has the mounting holes in the front, but it doesn't have the mounting points that are adjacent to the radiator fan; that should be welded to the frame of the car. Anyone else have this issue?

I just bought a sonic that also doesnt have the front mount, neithet does it have the piece where the mount gets attached, but it has the holes, so I dont know if it is like this originally or if someone removed the mount.

@@soldado141 wow thank you! I didnt think you would reply considering it has been 2 years 😅. The engine on my sonic is vibrating a lot and I noticed it doesnt have the front mount, did changing the passenger side mount solve it for you?

@@nathanbrito8920 Funny that was also the reason I looked at this video 2 years ago. It ended up being the top transmission mount that is underneath the battery. I also ended up replacing the torque mount that attaches at the rear of the transmission.
