I was changing the fuses in a car at my dad’s service station in the late ‘60s or early ‘70s. Well the fuse l was removing broke and l started picking bits of glass from my thumb. The items from NPD should be great.

That’s very cool. Right now I have the original Bussman-style fuse block and a new blade-style accessory fuse block in my ‘65 Ford. It would be nice to standardize on the blade-style fuses and this would allow me to do that. Plus I won’t have to worry about trying to find the right size and amperage glass fuse anymore! :D

I'm with you, those barrel fuses are dang near impossible to find, and the last thing I want on a road trip is to buy a hotel room to wait for shipping on a $2 part. Good stuff man, I'll check these out.

I tend to bulk buy and kwep it orgabized in a orgabizer that stays in the vehicle. I also have a huge organizer of LED bulbs i bulk bought off ebay years ago that i keep at the house. This is a great upgrade but sadly it wont work on my '56 Fairlane as the fuses are in inline holders as there is no fuse box.

Good info. On my 70 Falcon Wagon the fuse box is in such a messed up location, this product should lower the volume of foul language. Haven't had to replace many fuses over the 29yrs of ownership, but when I do....................

Looks like an easy way to retain the original fuse block if not doing a new wire harness. I had great success cleaning up small electrical stuff using a 50/50 mix of cheap toilet bowl cleaner and distilled water. Soak about an hour and lightly scrub with a nylon or brass brush. Comes out like new

I purchased two small ATC fuse blocks off eBay last week to replace the glass fuse block in my '71 F250. A couple extra of circuit sources is what I am looking for.

Watched this video a month ago. Went to NPD website to order the kit. Not in stock. Put it in my wish list. I keep checking back, and it's still out of stock. Can you talk to your NPD guys and see if they are ever going to get it in again? Thanks!

Saw theses a few years ago, its a great upgrade but sadly wont work on my '56 Fairlane as there is no fuse box all the glass fuses are in inline holders outside of the headlight fuse that snaps into a fusebox like holder on the switch itself.

thats not the ford fuse problem I get is ... the clips lose tension and stuff cuts out . also where the fuse block is on 1964 and older. {top of the light switch}

The problem is the different values and different lengths of the fuses, G.M. didn't do that in respect to the lengths.
