I was born in Quebec City and travelled to the beautiful and wonderful land of Israel in Sept. 2016 and I am going back in sept. 2017 Am Yisrael Chai !!!

TNCMAD Canada is part of.... Canada, that's it. But you're right, there is a french part aswell as an english part. 30% of Canadians can speak french actually.
