I love these cars that are driven as well. If you dont drive your car in the real world, and unless it's a museum piece of history, im just not as excited as a car that lives it's life as a car. It's built and meant to be driven, and the wear and tear helps tell it's story. Nice work man! Keep bringing cars that are used to the channel.

Worse than.....he never once went more than half throttle, and never once took it over probably 6k. Like I said in my own separate comment, should've just built an NA Bridgeport 12A if he was going to act like this and be scared to drive his own car....at least it would've sounded better than a turbo, completely muffled 20B at 3.5k RPM 🙄

......................G'day Sean, I'm a big block fan, my motorcycle has an S&S 124cu", it's a tractor and I love it. SPUTH box, Andrews 5sp gears; Yes it has the straight-cut whine, but who hears that? Not me. The frame is McPhereson NZ. I built it in 2008. I'm 82, thinking about a truck with a built "crate". Love the channel mate. That Mazda is wild/mad; Love that someone did it, AND drives it to enjoy. Lots of wild/mad cars in my "neck of the woods" Cheers and God bless from Queensland, Australia, Malcolm.

Cool little car. There is absolutely nothing like driving a souped up Rotary. Years ago a friend had an early '73 RX-3 with a later much modified RX-7 twin rotor engine that had been raced at the late Westwood Raceway in Coquitlam BC Canada in the 1970s and '80s. He told me that I had to drive it. He told me to wind it out until the shift light came on. We were on Hwy 1 in the BC lower mainland. Few cars that day (a long time ago) so I started out and when I felt I had the right RPM I went to shift. My pal brushed my hand away and said "not until the light comes on" I was sure I was going to break the car but I complied. When the light came on I shifted to 2nd. Same deal, "not until the light" and so I did as told. This all happened very quickly. Once into 3rd I finally looked at the speedo. 125 MPH. Good gawd! I had another gear to go. No need for a 5 spd. here. I have no idea what the top end of that car was but when you figure the shift light came on at over 12k rpm it was likely to go airborne before ever finding out.

The first car my step dad owned was a 1974 RX3 in amazing dark green, 18 years ago did he find a 1976 RX4 in mint condition it even had the factory rubber on the wheels and ~25k km on the odometer he got the car for ~1400€, 8years ago did his house burn down to the ground and he had to sell the RX4 so he sold it to a Norwegian guy for ~25000€ which he still heavily regrets, so I tried to find him a new one which is almost impossible here in Sweden but I found him a I think it was a 1976 Green RX5 Coupé that he fell in love with it had better suspension a ported engine and some really nice rims almost like the ones in this clip. In the summer of 2019 did he have a stroke on the way to a car show and crashed the car luckily the car was well insured and they were going to fix it and now did the luck ran out because the car got stolen from the body shop that was going to fix it and the car hasn't been seen since then.

Finally, some rotors!!!! AND an RX3 at that 👌🏻 besides the FB RX7 (probably my favorite) and FD RX7 (extremely close 2nd, possibly tie), the RX3/Savanna is in close contender with those.... unless it's a 20B powered RX3/Savanna Sports Wagon.... I'm taking that over anything all day every day 👌🏻 Edit: if this was in one color with the black flares and spoilers and such (sorry, and some better wheels, don't know who made them, but the appearance doesn't fit, it needs some SSR'S, Work's, Devil's, Watanabe's, old Panasonic's, Bridgestone's, Hoshino's, Hayashi's, OG Enkei or Weds or Advan's... something like that)....it would look so damn good.... don't care for the fake livery at all....but, it's not mine, if it was, it'd be quickly spray painted flat black or wrapped 😅
