5 seconds 0-100 km/h for a full-size wagon. Not a sports car, just an ordinary diesel-powered Audi Quattro wagon. Thats so crazy. I remember times when everything that could do 5 second 0-100 would be considered mind-blowingly fast.

New Air intake and software remap and the A7 competition runs 300km/h and 4 sek 0 to 100. I mean only 450Hp but 930Nm.

Well it is considered as the strongest Audi diesel at that time (therefore also the name Competition) and it is the same engine that the new S models have. But you are right it is really fast. I like it, but imo the BMW R6 diesels sound better (yeah I know "sound" haha) than the V6 from Audi.

I had the 313 hp Audi A6 3.0 tdi and it is fast and really comfy to drive. Put it in dynamic and open the exhast and it was an different A6. Miss that car alot :)

I need to say, that I'm impressed! Don't forget that this is a luxury and full interior 2tons heavy station! Besides it is faster than the brand new S6 C8 (diesel with more hp - 350)! That one ran 100-200 in 15,04sec and this one 14,95s! You can say, just about the same, which is impressed! My friend tuned his one (sedan) from 313hp to 380hp (REVO chip), also installed full exhaust from the petrol S6 (C7) and the car goes insane...850Nm of torque, GPS 4,3sec 0-100 and 12sec 100-200, which is very impressed for 8years old and about 2tons heavy luxury diesel! Thumbs up indeed, because this is as well a good engine in combination with good 8.speed automatic, which gives on the Autobahn even surprising consumption between 6-7 liters/100km when driving normal speeds of course (not strict 130km/h but like 160-180 km/h (not all the time but mixed)....

On the side note: They are AMAZING human beings. Respectful, knowledgeable and overall fun. When we talked it felt like we knew each other for ages.

It's nice to hear that they are respectful and kind people who just love talking about cars on an enthusiastic manner. I'm the same, I see a car pull up into a petrol station and I'm straight on the case to speak with them about their car. Some of the people don't always like speaking with people about their car and some others are very happy to walk you through their car. Some people are kind enough to let me sit in their own car! I would love to one day, travel to Germany and hit the Autobahn! He's very lucky to get in and drive these cars around every day he can.

I got the A7 bitdi in nardo. People are breaking there necks just to get a glimpse of the car. And it goes like a maniac for a diesel. The launch is phenomenal. Audi went ahead and made an engine that surpasses every dieseljunkies expectation. Best car i ever owned. The day i sell mine, will be a very very sad day because i think nothing will ever fill this cars position.

Verpalspider Gaming I don‘t know why diesels are considered slow... they just aren’t and they have a lot of torque. My Passat with a 2.0 TDI (190ps) pulls. The A6 with the 3.0TDI (320ps) is all the power you ever need.

Who prefers this Audi A6 compared to the brand new ones? The thing I like about this particular one is that the key had a fingerprint scanner so that if someone else picks up the keys or nicks them, it's basically a rape alarm for your car because of the amount of noise it'll make if someone else picks up your keys.

Audi a6 c7 is the best. I have one sedan bitdi 313 hp. It has stage 1 so it has 400 hp and 770 nm. It is very fast. In my opinion it is way better than current a6/a7 with only 286 hp or 340 (tfsi) or "s6" diesel..

@@mwmm That's really odd. I even searched for it myself just now. It was this guy who I knew a while ago, he had an Audi A6. His key, if someone else picked up the keys, there was like a high pitched noise that went off. I never went away to search for it as I thought it was just something that Audi do on their cars. It might have been an optional extra, perhaps an accessory for the key or something. I'm not sure, unfortunately I don't have a link for it. If I find anything, I'll reply.
