Bought one of these brand new in December 2017 and still running it today, it's now approaching 69,000 miles on the clock. Such a reliable car and one I intend to keep for many more years to come

Just purchased one this year, second hand of course, coming from my previous car which was the Suzuki Swift which is the most fun and engaging out of the two. The i20 I find is the more comfy. The 1.4 litre engine is peppy and i found the engine noise is quite bearable and quieter than the 1.2 at motorway speeds. Fuel economy is also satisfactory in my book.

Hi , what mpg have you been getting? The 1.4 is supposedly very quiet.

I actually like the small monochrome screen. Not because it's a monochrome screen, but what it's implied: no fancy tech that cost an arm to the fix. I prefer to buy a dash GPS of my choice and simply change it if it ever broke. Same for the backup cam. Less tech = less possible faillur and breakdown.

My thoughts exactly, bought a late(2018) pre-facelift i20 in 2019 and been very satisfied with it.

@@MehdiS-music and i have a Accent 4 2018 and it my first car and it is perfect. I would have love a accent 3 (they are so cute but are rolling coffins) or a Suzuki sx4 (but parts are rare and expensive according to my mechanic) .

I've just purchased a 2016 version of this car in the same colour as trim level. So far I'm really impressed and I feel it's money well spent.
